    Location was perfect as the view looked directly at the shard. Excellent instructions to get in. Fully equipped kitchen meant no stress

    The freezer was solid and all drawers frozen but hosts offered to sort it out. Step step for leading to flat... Major trip hazzard as I fell and no signage but I'm not sure that's the hosts problem or a building owners

    Location is superb.

    Noisy at night as it’s closed to the London bridge station and pubs/restaurants. Inside of the rooms is bit hot as we travel in Aug but there’s only 1 fan for the whole flat. Facilities conditions like curtains, lamp and wardrobe are not good. Freezer is out of work upon arrival. Washing machine smells moldy. The light switch was not working and without cover upon arrival and causing electric shock when trying to turn on the light.

    Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation. Der frühe Check-in hat ebenfalls hervorragend funktioniert. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

    Leider ließ sich das Fenster in einem der Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen.
