Gemäss offiziellem Energizertifikat Das DEFEKT waren: Stühle, Glaskeramikherd gebrochen, Türgriff Haustüre unfachgerecht repariert, fehlender Seifenhalter im Bad, Saurer Gestank aus Technik Raum (Bekannt, da man erst wegen dem Raumspray kaum atmen konnte, Kühlschrank der übel nach Fisch richt. SCHMUTZIG: Fenster, Wände, Silikonfugen im Bad, Schimmel hinter dem Wasserhahn, Spinnweben, alle Dampfabzüge, vergammelte Matratze, fremde Haaren im Bed und am Sofa.

    Modern, convenient, and effortless from start to finish.

    Fantastic stay in a really modern apartment! The location was excellent — right in the heart of Birmingham and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Perfect stay from start to finish!

    Ease of check in, location, and size of flat

    Only one issue with the flat was that the hob was cracked and broken when I arrived. The owners apologised for the issue which wasn't too big of a deal for me as i was out at work most of the week. The mattress is a little lumpy and could do with a mattress topper

    Nothing to not like. But the cleaner did bang the door at 10:58 so be ready to check out at 11am on the dot
