Host cancelled when I reached the lobby, had to book alternative accommodation. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Looked good online, massive stressful disappointment.

Host didn't give clear directions causing unnecessary hassle with taxi driver, then host wouldn't let me check in. Ruined my whole day having to travel to and from and having to find alternative accommodation.

Very bad experience at Alba Garden

The complex itself, Alba Garden, is a great place. The fact that they allowed me to check in early.

I will give a detailed review and the reader will decide. Let's start with the apartment - there is mold on the ceiling, the light in the shower doesn't work. There are only white fluorescent lights without a night light and it doesn't feel homely or comfortable. The coffee maker doesn't work. The dryer doesn't really work and they are not willing to provide a simple stand for washing, are not willing to fix the light in the shower and expect to receive full payment. No representative is physically waiting for you to give you a chip so you can take the elevator with it and doesn't explain the apartment to you. The representative is a young girl with no hospitality experience who travels the world and is not available for calls or messages. She can only get back to you after a few hours. On top of everything, there are cockroaches in the apartment and it's hard to blame me because I don't cook and don't leave leftovers. On the first day I had to wait all day in the apartment for a maid who didn't show up, she did show up the next day without prior notice and with a sour face saying, why did you bother me to come here? The apartment has two representatives and there is a lack of communication between them. I gave cash to the housekeeper sent to me by one representative and then I get a message from the other representative - who did you transfer the money to? . Definitely do not recommend staying in this apartment but I do recommend the complex, I am currently in it in another apartment with another host who knows the job and provides a good experience.
