    Excellent stay in a peaceful seaside neighborhood.

    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful part of Athens close to the sea, while still offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The apartment is modern, very well maintained, and equipped with a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Public transport connections are excellent, with all major forms of transportation nearby. Most tourist attractions can be reached within 10–20 minutes by metro, making it a convenient base for exploring Athens. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. During the day, finding a free spot is usually not a problem, although it can become more challenging in the evenings. There is also a large paid parking facility nearby, which costs approximately €12 per day. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, especially for anyone looking to enjoy a more relaxed seaside area while avoiding the crowds and hustle of Athens' city center.

    The only minor drawbacks were that the bathroom had limited ventilation and tended to feel a bit damp. Additionally, the instructions for operating the water heater were not clearly explained. As we arrived late in the evening, we were unable to figure it out right away and unfortunately had to take cold showers on our first night. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I have only positive things to say about the property.
