  Gdyby nie fakt, że mam przyjaciółkę w Londynie nie miałabym gdzie podziać się z dwójką dzieci. Zero kontaktu z wlascicielem. Po licznych telefonach na booking dostałam wiadomość, późnym wieczorem już że mnie nie przyjmą i odwołują rezerwacje bez konkretnej przyczyny. Apartament był opłacony z góry. DRAMAT. Pierwszy dzień przez nieodpowiedzialnego właściciela mnie dosłownie zjadł nerwowo. Bardzo nie polecam ! Zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś podróżuje z dzieckiem nie warto ponieważ można zostać bez dachu nad głową. Booking za to bardzo ładnie się zachowało, natychmiast wysłali mi pieniądze które zapłaciłam za ten apartament i pomogło szukać alternatywy.

  Terrible dirty apartment

  Had a tv and WiFi bed ok

  Dirty Ill equipped couldn’t get hold of owners to access the property despite texting ringing a number of times got no reply so had to go to a relatives home across town , finally got a reply at 15-35 with instructions an hour late ! On entering the property it looked ok but on further inspection it was very dirty , toothpaste on bathroom wall towel rail dirty shower couldn’t use as trickled out and cold , went to make a cup of tea but the cups where dirty or chipped totally disgusting dishwasher was an empty shell cooker filthy couldn’t wash up in sink as plug wouldn’t keep water in ,n he o tea towel , no bedding for bed settee , a total waste of nearly £600 a refund should be in order could only use the place to sleep all showering and food preparation had to be done at relatives place DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

  Bir daha gelsem burada kalır mıyım zannetmiyorum!

  Giderken Tesisin mail attığı bilgiler anahtarı nasıl alacağımız çöpü nereye bırakacağımız kaçta teslim alacağımız gibi her şey güzel bir şekilde belirtilmişti. Lokasyon açısından güvenli bir yerde ailece gece 11:12 gibi dönmemize rağmen hiçbir tedirginlik hissetmedik. Otobüs durağına da oldukça yakınında 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedeydi.

  Beni en çok şaşırtan olay girerken otelin ilgisi ilk kaldığımız gün hoşgeldiniz var mı bir ihtiyacınız diye yazmaları ancak sonrasında bir daha iletişime geçememiz oldu. Örneğin tesiste yeterince havlu veya havlu kağıt yoktu bunu yazdık sonrasında bulaşık makinesi bozuktu havalandırma çalışmıyordu ki temmuz ayında bu çok önemli bunları belirtmemize rağmen tesisten hiçbir cevap alamadık sonrasında çıkış günümüzde hem bir gün öncesinde hem de aynı gün tesisten nasıl ayrılacağımızı anahtarları nereye bırakacağımızı sormama rağmen yine cevap alamadım bu nedenle de anahtarları masanın üstüne bırakıp çıktım. Metro kullanma açısından da dezavantajlı bir konum vardı metroya yaklaşık 20-25 dakika yürüme mesafesi ve o metroyla şehir merkezine gitmek için de en az 16- 20 durak arasında bir yol gitmemiz gerekiyor metro ücretleri de çok pahalı bu nedenle konum açısından bu açıdan dezavantajlı bir yer.

  A great stay!

  We had a great stay in London. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—fully furnished and very cozy, with a great sound system as an added bonus. The area is very nice and safe, even when travelling with kids, and it’s well connected to the rest of the city. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. We would definitely come back!
