The owner contacted us immediately after the booking was confirmed and assured that she will be there and expect us. She also sent us the exact location map and entrance. In the main bedroom there was orthopedic pillows. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious. Each bedroom has private bathroom. Very nice view from the balcony to the city in the night and to the Ararat in the morning. Has washing machine and washing powder is available. Have common swimming pool. Few minutes walk and you are at the top of the Cascade and you can start the walk down. AC is available for the whole apartment.
Bedroom windows are on the side of main road and it was a but noisy.

100% tevreden en fantastisch verblijf gehad.
Een net appartementen complex op een goede locatie. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden !
Niets. Als advies wil ik wel aangeven dat de badkamers wat onderhoud of vervanging nodig hebben wegens ouderdom, 1 douche afvoer spoelt niet genoeg door , 1 toilet blijft af en toe doorspoelen en de afvoer plug van de jacuzzi blijft vast zitten. Dit ( of dit onderwerp ) is eerder ook aangegeven in een andere review. Om er nog een klein punt aan toe te voegen, de slechte review van de meneer of mevrouw uit Frankrijk is absolute onzin, die hadden beter thuis moeten blijven 🙃
