It was absolutely unacceptable that they entered the apartment at 10:00 AM without permission. What kind of policy allow
The only things that were not bad were the parking and the apartment itself.
They falsely advertised the facilities. There was no gym, no air conditioning, no towels, no working TV, and no dishwasher. It is truly disappointing to mislead people like this.

Very enjoyable stay in an excellent apartment very close to the town centre, plus a responsive owner
After having such a bad experience with Livingdowntown, Zurich, we were very pleased to have an apartment with all the advertised facilities and an owner whose communications were excellent. Everything was of a high standard The owner was readily contactable and resolved any minor issues very quickly.
Rather expensive - but we knew that beforehand.
