  Sa situation proche de la plage, à proximité immédiate des commerces. La climatisation qui est un plus mais très peu utilisée à cette période.

  Le bruit dans la rue. A être en centre ville, la rue est bruyante ou l'immeuble est mal isolé du bruit. Le stationnement. On a dû mettre la voiture au parking payant juste à côté. 15 euros/ jour.

  Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing and stressful. The apartment was full of insects — under the sofas, on the walls, in the bathrooms, and in different areas of the apartment. There was also a very unpleasant smell, and the apartment was not properly clean. The kettle had mold inside, the oven had food and dirt residues, and the sofas were uncomfortable and smelled bad. We contacted the host and explained the problems. We were told that the apartment would be cleaned, but cleaning could not solve the main issues, especially the insects and the bad smell. After two very difficult nights, the host finally agreed to move us to another apartment. Unfortunately, the second apartment was also not comfortable. The sofas were uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the apartment above, including children screaming, which made it difficult to sleep. The host was also not very responsive or cooperative and did not reply to our messages promptly. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and emotionally exhausting experience. We expected much better cleanliness, comfort, and communication. We hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition of the apartments for future guests.

  Gran decepción y retrado en la entrada

  La ubicación. Esta al lado de la Plaza de España y de la playa de Las Canteras.

  La entrada es a las 17 horas, cuando llegamos estaban limpiando el apartamento, tuvimos que esperar más de media hora. Nos lo dieron a medio limpiar. Además yo había solicitado poder entrar antes de las 17 horas porque llegamos a las 9 de la mañana, pero nos dijeron que era imposible. Además el portal ,la terraza y los ascensores super sucios, incluso con manchas de sangre. El resto de los inquilinos eran en su mayoría musulmanes, familias con niños, y siempre había gente en el portal, y las zonas comunes estaban muy sucias, especialmente la terraza común que se ve tan bonita en las fotos.
