    Did not stay.

    Not applicable. Did not stay.

The contact with the host(s) was atrocious. It was clear to me that they were not in the city, let alone potentially in the country. I attempted to call and no answer and no voicemail available. Texting or email was the only option but no one would respond for HOURS or a full day and night. I will NEVER stay here or use booking.com ever again. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
