Pleasant with fantastic views and great location
The view and open plan areas
The split nature - having to go up stairs for milk - the downstairs needs a proper coffee station with small fridge. The shower is poor - gas is a poor selection - the floor is breaking up and needs maintenance

Lovely apartment with a spectacular view, within easy walking distance of Kalk Bay main.
Fabulous location, within walking distance of main Kalk Bay.
The apartment was spilt on two levels with access from the outside only. Had this been advertised we probably would have chosen somewhere else. The only other issue was lack of water pressure in the shower (although the water was lovely and hot)

Loved Kalk Bay and loved the appartment.
The views were incredible!
The only thing we found a bit strange is that the property is divided into two , your kitchen upstairs and then the bathrooms and bedrooms are only accessible via stairs outside. In saying that the views made up for everything.
