Location Clean Premises
Rear door of the property leading to the backyard was not fully operational and required maintenance works.

Dissapointed
Great location and clean.
The property is very worn, the portable heater legs in the bedroom were broken and we were worried that it might fall over, heater lamp bulb in bathroom wasent working and needed to be replaced, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and leaning towards one side dramatically. I suppose you pay for what you get.

Comfortable one night stay.
The host left the heater on for our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The house was neat and clean. Instructions were clear and helpful. It was great being so close to the Rye Kitchen.
It would have been good to have a coffee table, and blinds on the dining area window/door.
