Felaket / facia IZAK DURUN
Kaldığımız 3 gün 3 gece boyunca “ sıcak su “ yoktu. Dairenin yöneticisi konumundaki MINTY STAY şirketi ile onlarca görüşmeye rağmen sıcak su onarılamadı. Teknisyene aktardıklarını teknisyenin öncelik listesinde olduğunu hatta şu saatte dairede olacak diye teyid edip sonrasında henüz bir teknisyene ulaşamadık diye yalan da söylediler. Hiçbir yardımda da / telafide de bulunmadılar özür dilemekten başka MINTY STAY firmasının işlettiği/ sahibi olduğu dairelerden UZAK DURUN.
Sıcak su olmayan bir mekanda 3 gün geçirmek zorunda kaldık !

Schöne Wohnung in gute Lage. Jedoch einige Reklamationen wurden nicht behoben.
Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist schön und auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung wurde gut übertragen und war sauber.
Wir hatten über die ganze Woche kein warmes Wasser und mussten somit immer kalt duschen. Auch funktionierte den Fernseher am Anfang (während 3 Tagen) nicht. Dann ist ein Service Monteur gekommen. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde geklärt. Jedoch das warm Wasser nicht.

La situación, muy cerca del metro de la Latina.
El panel de cristal que separa la zona del salón del dormitorio impedía que el aire acondicionado enfriase el dormitorio y hacia calor. Tampoco me gustó que no tuviese una mesa baja para poder desayunar_comer/cenar. Hubiese estado muy bien. Y lo que menos me gustó fue la televisión. No se podían ver los canales de la TDT.. Según el piso "es que es una smart tv", como si eso fuera el motivo. Tampoco pude instalar las aplicaciones de Mediaset ni de Atresplayer, por lo que estaba condenado a ver TVE.
