    Disappointing hosts

    Location

I didn’t stay here as we arrived & the lift was out & I was unable to walk up 7 floors. The owner said they would report it but neighbours told svthe lift had been in/out for 6 weeks which the owner disputes. I told owner I could not st 71 climb 7 floors. So I sat in the street for 2 hrs trying to find somewhere to stay. The owner informed me on the check out day the lift was fixed the next day but never bothered to inform me. What a disappointment paying for accommodation I couldn’t use. With no remuneration. It took ages to save for this holiday & it was made stressful. Disregard what they say in return to this review as I have written the truth
