    Bien

Great location, but wouldn’t stay here again.

    It was a great location!

The communication was incredibly poor and left us paying €100+ for parking. We had already arrived and they still hadn’t informed us about their availability for our car. We were also locked out of the apartment one night and it took 30 minutes to hear back, after a neighbor had already let us in. There is no physical key, so it’s just strange. The couch broke the first time we sat on it (assuming it was already that way, because that would be strange). Some of the towels were very dirty and the couch had stains all over it.
