    Lekker strand

    Locatie was echt perfect. Ook was er genoeg ruimte en reageerde de host snel toen ik ontdekte dat de slaapbank niet opgezet was. Dat is snel opgelost. Erg fijn! Appartement was ook lekker schoon!

    In de woonkamer was er niks om de kamer te verduisteren, erg jammer met een slaapbank. Je werd wakker door de zon die fel op het bed scheen. Ook was de badkamer niet geheel schoon. Voegen mogen een opknap beurtje gebruiken.

    Unacceptable behaviour, total lack of customer service! My daughter booked an apartment for me and my 2 granddaughters. After a 3h delay of the flight we eventually reached Malta! It was terribly hot and we were all so tired.. The ‘hostess’ was not opening us the door and let us waiting in this situation outside for about one hour!!! She was asking for the identity card of my daughter who had booked the apartment who was working in my country and couldn’t send it! Additionally, she was asking for a deposit of 400€ in case of any damage!! First time in my life I faced a so unacceptable behaviour! I am a professional worker in tourism in Greece for over 35 years and know very well what hospitality means for us and how we behave to our valuable guests!! She did not even think to offer a glass of water to my grandchildren, but preferred to let us suffering under the hot sun of Malta in July!!! Please be aware before you visit her! This lady is totally irrelevant with hospitality and humanity!
