    Will definitely use this apartment again as on the whole very cozy and within close proximity to Coogee

    Not a luxury apartment- overpriced

    Location was great.

    The balcony and balcony furniture were filthy and while someone came to clean they left the cushions soaked and unusable. A couple of mismatched cushions were delivered after I complained but all in all not what is expected at the price. Also the flat was not luxury in my view. Only one mirror and bedroom was very small.
