  Great spot in the heart of Madrid

  Amazing location to enjoy La Latina’s incredible food and drink scene. Easy to walk everywhere! Nice open layout and outfitted very well - dishwasher, washing machine, shower with good pressure, heated towel rack, deep kitchen sink. It is dark often without much natural light but the windows do open and look out into the central courtyard space plus there are two small private outdoor spaces (not really hang out places but good for air and ventilation).

  Good location just during the Day time.

  For some reason my check in was saying between 3:00pm -4:00pm and they said their booking was saying check in at 4:55pm they ended up allowing us to get into the room at 5:15pm so I spend a couple of hours waiting for them in the park next door, and I felt very unsafe due to some homeless people walking around us.

  The waiting to get the keys, no soap for dishes or laundry available.

  Localização excelente, sem dúvida o ponto mais forte da hospedagem. É possível ir a pé a vários locais de interesse, o que facilita muito a estadia. O espaço estava limpo e a construção parece ter passado por reforma recente, oferecendo boa estrutura e conforto. No geral, foi uma boa experiência, especialmente pela localização privilegiada.

  Como ponto a melhorar, destaco o processo de check-in: o cadastro é bastante extenso, e o aplicativo/site poderia ser mais simples, sucinto e com uma interface mais amigável para estrangeiros.

  Cozy Flat in Madrid

  There was a good communication with the host. The apartment had the basic kitchenware and appliances. The double bed was confortable and the location was central.

  There was no window for natural light. It can use a few more plates/ kitchen utensils. The room was smaller than we expected but overall we were happy with the accomodation.
