WIEN Bademöglichkeit direkt vor Ort
Alles sehr sauber,modern eingerichtet,gute Anbindung an den ÖV,Bademöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke,super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft für wunderschöne Tage in Wien, gerne wieder!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Zhou empfangen. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Die Wohnung war liebevoll vorbereitet mit frischen Obst und reichlich Getränken. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, sehr gepflegt und überaus sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln auf der Terasse. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage konnte dazugebucht werden, was sehr empfehlenswert für uns war. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend. Die U-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, die S-Bahn hält fast direkt vor der Tür. In ca. 300 Meter Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum, auch die alte Donau ist ganz in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz von MC Donalds grenzt an den Garten, dort war es manchmal spätabends laut. Die Fenster der Wohnung lassen kaum Geräusche durch, daher hat es uns kaum gestört. Für eine Unterkunft in einer Großstadt ist die Lage auf jeden Fall ruhig. Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Zhou!

Feel at home in Vienna with this excellent apartment near Vienna International Center / Kaisermuhlen
It is agreat apartment with all the facilities such as full kitchen, washing machine etc. Free te, coffee and bottled water is provided. This apartment has a spacious hall with a courtyard to sit outside. It has a nicebedroom and bath attached. The apartment was spotless and the host was so kind. The location is just next to a Mac D and it is just one/ 2 stop away from Vienna International Center ( KaiserMuhlen), There is an approx. 10 min walk from the U1 line , however tram stops are nearby. It is even sufficient for a small family for a fewdays or for acouple / individual for a longer stay.
The name of the hotel is not easily visible and hence try with the door address and the host will come and help check in the room.

trochu měkké matrace, než na jaké jsme zvyklí, ale jinak všude čisto
