  A very serious warning to other travelers and families considering this property We traveled all the way from Australia and booked this property from overseas because we were looking forward to enjoying a peaceful holiday and spending quality time together as a family. Unfortunately, our experience was completely the opposite. Our stay became extremely distressing because of the way we were treated by the host. We experienced behavior that we found rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply intrusive. Our privacy and boundaries as a family were not respected, and the situation became particularly upsetting for both us and our children. The host also insulted me and verbally abused me, including in front of the police officer who came to the property. He continued shouting and screaming at me while I was already under an enormous amount of stress. Being spoken to in this manner, especially in front of our children and even while a police officer was present, was extremely distressing and unacceptable to us. The situation became serious enough that we had to call the police and ask them to come to the property. We wanted the incident formally documented and, most importantly, wanted to protect ourselves and our children. Having to involve the police during what was supposed to be a family holiday was something we never expected and found extremely upsetting. We came from Australia and booked this accommodation from overseas, investing significant time, money, and effort into planning a holiday where we could relax, enjoy ourselves, and create happy memories with our family. Instead, this situation caused us significant stress and negatively affected our family’s comfort, peace, and overall well-being. Based on our personal experience, we strongly do NOT recommend this property or renting from this host. If you are traveling internationally or with your family, please think carefully before booking and consider other accommodation options.

  Everything was great, the hospitality was very generous and the place was clean. The swimming pool is clean and suitable for all ages.The sea view is magnificent

  للاسف تجربة سيئة جدا...بعد تأكيد الحجز المالك قرر من نفسة انة يسكن المكان لحد تاني...لولا اني كلمتة يوم الحجز الصبح قبل ما اتحرك بالصدفة كان زماني اخذت المشوار علي الفاضي كل دة من تليفون ولا حتي رسالة مانصحش اي حد يروح هناك لان حتي التعامل في التليفون كان وحش جدا

  المميزات: * صاحب الشاليه متعاون جدًا ومتواجد باستمرار، وكان بيرد علينا بسرعة في أي وقت. * حصلت مشكلة في السباكة أثناء إقامتنا، وتم التعامل معها ومحاولة حلها بسرعة. * الشاليه نفسه كويس، والـView جميل جدًا على البحر والـPool. * جميع التكييفات والمراوح والتليفزيون كانوا شغالين بشكل جيد. * الـPool نفسه كان كويس ومفيش أي مشكلة فيه.

  العيوب: * أولًا، أنا بحترم جدًا جميع الأديان والمعتقدات، ومفيش عندي أي مشكلة إطلاقًا مع اختلاف الأديان. لكن الشاليه كان به عدد كبير جدًا من الأشياء والديكورات الدينية الخاصة بديانة صاحب الشاليه. من وجهة نظري، بما إن المكان بيتأجر تجاريًا وبيستقبل أشخاص من خلفيات ومعتقدات مختلفة، الأفضل أن تكون الشقة محايدة ومناسبة لجميع النزلاء، سواء كانوا مسلمين أو مسيحيين أو غير ذلك. * بالنسبة للبحر، لو أنت من الناس اللي بتحب تنزل البحر وتسبح، فأنا شخصيًا لا أنصح به. البحر مليء بالصخور والـSea Urchins، ويحتاج إلى ارتداء حذاء مخصص للمياه حتى تقدر تتحرك بأمان. * الوصول للبحر يتطلب عبور الطريق، وعبور الطريق كان خطرًا جدًا، خصوصًا لو معاك كبار في السن أو أطفال. * إحنا كنا مجموعة كبيرة، ومع ذلك، رغم دفع رسوم إضافية للأفراد والأطفال، كان الموجود في الشاليه فقط 4 أكواب و4 أطباق، وده كان غير كافٍ لعددنا. * مشكلة السباكة تطلبت أن أرافق السباك بنفسي لشراء الماسورة المطلوبة، ثم نرجع للشاليه مرة أخرى لتركيبها وإصلاح المشكلة. * بالنسبة للتأمين، تم إبلاغنا في البداية إنه سيتم رده يوم السبت. ولما سألنا لماذا لا يتم رده يوم الجمعة بما إننا كنا قد انتهينا من الإقامة بالفعل، كان الرد أن المبلغ 5000 جنيه وأن صاحب الشاليه ترك لنا الشاليه بمبلغ كبير. من وجهة نظرنا، التأمين له اتفاق واضح، وإحنا قمنا بدفعه بالكامل والتزمنا من جانبنا بكل المطلوب، وبالتالي كنا نتوقع أن يتم رده في الموعد المتفق عليه بدون ربطه بتكلفة الإيجار.وحاجه اخيره إيضاا أن المؤجر لم ياتى لمقابلتنا لأخد المفتاح ولكن ذهبنا إليه لحد مكان سكنه لتسليم المفتاح وقال انو كان مشغول وعنده حجات كتير يعملها
