Опираясь на наш многолетний опыт, можно смело сказать - это лучший вариант жилья в Турции!
Внимательный хозяин. Приготовил нам парковку для автомобиля возле дома. Помог занести вещи. Реставрация внутри дома, сделана с разумом и любовью. Чисто. В доме все продумано до мелочей и, главное, во всем чувствуется забота о гостях. По гостеприимству эти апартаменты у нас на первом месте. На кухне было все, что нужно для приготовления пищи. Включая чай в пакетиках, кофе, Кофе натуральный молотый, сахар, масло и т.д. Большой обеденный стол, удобные стулья. Отдельная комнатка для стирки и глажки вещей. Хорошая мебель. Хорошие кровати. Отличная постель и полотенца. Вся техника новая и хорошо работает. Однозначно будем рекомендовать эти апартаменты друзьям.
Планировка внутри дома - для молодых и здоровых - очень крутые лестницы в цоколь и на второй этаж. В доме через стенку - производство по упаковке - шум начинается с 5 часов утра, поэтому выспаться у вас не получится. Метраж в 200 метров, не соответствует - максимум 110-130 метров. Фото внутреннего дворика - это не частный двор, а для жителей соседних домов тоже. На кухне, к сожалению окон нет вообще. Санузел на втором этаже, маленький и тесный; толстые не поместятся)

Perfect place and very close to the tram
Everything! A lot of space, and the host was extremely nice! We also needed to let the luggage a bit extra on the last day and he was ok with it! Really amazing place to stay!

Great example of comfort and hospitality
Great location in gorgeous mostly pedastrian district of Balat. Walking distance to city center and public transport. Spacious fully equiped house. We had more than everything we needed.
Parking was quite tricky as common in Istanbul but the owner helped to solve it.
