Ļoti plašs dzīvoklis ar savu īpašo šarmu – šeit varēja izjust vēstures elpu un mājīgu retro noskaņu. Dzīvoklī ļoti novērtējām mazās, rūpīgi pārdomātās detaļas, kas lika justies gaidītiem. Atrašanās vieta ir ideāla – klusā apkārtnē, bet vienlaikus tikai 10–15 minūšu gājienā attālumā no pilsētas centra.

Biija problēma ar dušu. Ūdens pārsvarā tecēja tikai no krāna, nevarēja pārslēgt ūdens padevi uz dušas klausuli.
