Modern and clean, but we had a frightening safety incident
Clean modern as pictures described, but we had a frightening safety incident unfortunately
The property is modern, clean, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, we had a very frightening experience during our stay. One night, an unknown individual came to the house, tried to open the front glass door, and remained outside the property for around 10 minutes. After we looked out the window and he saw us, he continued banging violently on the glass door before eventually leaving. We were very frightened that if he had a weapon or not. We felt unsafe and decided to leave the property that night. (The unit has only a layer of glass door with a password keypad facing the street) The house manager reviewed the security camera footage from her end but did not provide us with a copy of the full recording. While we appreciated that she checked the footage, we were disappointed that our concerns were not acknowledged as a safety issue, and we did not receive a refund for the unused nights. We understand that the host cannot control the actions of strangers, but we wanted to share our experience so future guests can make an informed decision.

Hosts were very responsive to all inquiries and even allowed earlier check in. I would highly recommend this for famili
The unit was so spacious and clean. This unit offered lots of natural light. Felt very safe in this Neighbourhood! The view of the Hollywood sign was priceless!
There were lots of stairs - but made for great exercise while I was on vacation! 😀
