    Disgusting cleaning service and horrible customer support

    I couldn’t stay in the property. When arrived the property was dirty and very dusty. Tried to get in contact to get this sorted, I was informed that the property was cleaned in that same day when in fact it didn’t. Waited to get it sorted but I had to wait 3hrs to hear anything back which unfortunately I had to look for another place to stay due to poor costumer service, hygiene issues and lack of service. I do not recommend this place to anyone because they do not care about solving any issues or care for their guests.

    Poor conditions and poor hygiene. It has dust, dirt on the floors, dirty kitchen and floors. The furniture was full on dust and had hair. The bed, towels and pillows had stain on them.
