    Fantastic location, also very good for getting to WB Harry Potter studio. Apartment well equipped, just enough for a family with 2 kids. As usually smaller than looks in pictures, but otherwise just fine. Responsive and helpful hosts.

    Lots of pillows, comfortable beds - even foldable sofa, despite all the negative comments here.

    The location of the property was excellent. It was very easy to get to the metro, cafés, and restaurants. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. We contacted the host regarding a few things we needed, and they were very quick to help us with everything. For example, when we asked for some hangers for our clothes, they provided them straight away. The apartment we stayed in was a little small, so there may not be much space to store suitcases and clothes. This could be a little challenging, especially for families travelling with children. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. If I visit London again, I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

    Great location but maintanence of the property is needed

    The property is on a very good and convenient location with easy access to many attractions. Owners of the property are super responsive.

    Windows had zero insulation of sound and cold. It was very cold in the evening and at night, and you can literally hear every car, motorbike, truck passing by or the traffic from the near (very busy at night) street. The floor is damaged in few spots and thick plastic is peeling off so we never walked barefeet because it was dangerous to cut skin. When sending notification about it to the owners, They responded and came to fix it but what they only put some glue on it so it was not just broken but also sticky because the glue never dried :) we covered those spots with towels. It would be also nice to know in advance the apartment is on the top floor with no lift. Carrying a baby stroller and big suitcase all the way up was not easy :)
