    Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και πρόσφερε όσα χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και έδειξε ενδιαφέρον κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου!

    Das Apartment eignet sich sehr gut um die Umgebung zu erkunden.,

    Die Unterkunft war gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht zum See. Parkplatz direkt vor der Hausstür.

    Perfekte Unterkunft in Ioannina

    Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet nahe der Innenstadt (ca. 20min zu Fuß). Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und schenkte uns eingemachte Früchte zur Begrüßung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bequem. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen und auf der großen Terrasse mit Seeblick entspannen. Alles war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Appartement war live noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es direkt auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder buchen.

    The house is new, big, clean and very comfortable. It has a large balcony, a small front yard, a brand new kitchen, washing machine and whatever someone needs for a short or long term stay. The bed is very comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect and it was the best choice for summer holidays in Ioannina. We also had extra towels and sheets upon request. Parking outside is very easy. The soundproof is also very very good

    The only downside is that there is no air-condition in the bedroom. We used the one of the living room and open door. This is the minus 1 point because the house was getting too cold in order to have good temperature in the bedroom. Apart from this there was a continuous high frequency noise from nearby building, if somebody can hear it maybe can lead to slight discomfort. It was disappeared with closed doors
