  Хорошо, удобный номер в котором есть всё необходимое! Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности вокзал, три крупных гипермаркета, старый город. На кухне по минимуму есть посуда и все необходимое, даже есть посудомойка и стиральная машина с сушкой. Удобный мягкий матрас. Рекомендую данные аппартаменты!

  Nice apartment with some flaws in convenient place.

  Good location. Easy to check in and check out. Well equipped. Liked that there's a washing machine with dryer. The clothes iron was nice to have. The view through the window was good.

  It was warm and can get very warm during hot days. No air conditioning, the fan in the sleeping area is not enough. The street is quite noisy. There is no ironing board. The sofa needs cleaning and could be a bit bigger.

  The location is excellent, and the kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The bathroom was sufficient.

  The sleeping conditions made the accommodation essentially unusable during our stay. The apartment desperately needs AC, especially because the bed is located on a loft, where it gets very hot. Most crucially, the mattress reeks of sweat, which made it virtually impossible to sleep on. We raised the issue with the owner twice, and a cleaning person came on two occasions to try to resolve it, but the smell remained. I understand that replacing a mattress during a guest’s stay could be difficult, but this situation should never have occurred in the first place. A mattress in this condition should have been replaced or properly addressed before the apartment was offered to guests. Despite explaining to the owner that I was forced to sleep on the couch below (it is a regular two-seater couch, not the pull-out type), and explaining that my mother had to keep using the sweaty mattress because of her back problems, I was not offered any compensation or meaningful solution. On top of that, the towels appeared clean but had an unpleasant smell and seem to need replacing. I would strongly recommend making sure that the owner replaced the mattress and installed AC before booking this accomodation.
