  Maria was extremely attentive and nice. She helped me before and after my stay and I definitely will be staying again .

  How the house looks

  Very bad service , the stove was bad , the bbq do not have propaine tank and I have to bought it ! The guy how answer my told me that is not included and any the jacuzzi service . We don’t have bankets and no shampoo and soap.

  Location to the parks. If it wasn’t for the parks our stay would have been completely ruined.

  Our stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing due to the condition and cleanliness of the property. The biggest issue was the mattresses. The first mattress had multiple dark stains and bugs crawling on it. Instead of immediately replacing it, the property management simply turned the mattress over. After we complained again, they finally brought a replacement mattress. While the new mattress was clean, we still found bugs crawling on it. The bedding was also unacceptable. The sheets were stained, and the pillows were heavily soiled and stained to the point that we did not feel comfortable using them. We ended up purchasing new pillows ourselves during our stay. In the Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom, there were bugs crawling along the window sill. Thankfully, my children never slept in that room because they were already sleeping in my room after we discovered the condition of the bedding. Overall, the cleanliness of this home was very poor. For a property advertised as a luxury rental, it fell far below expectations. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, especially for a vacation rental where families expect a clean and safe environment. This experience put a significant damper on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I hope the property management company takes these concerns seriously and invests in proper cleaning, pest control, and quality inspections before renting this home to future guests.

  It was spacious! The kitchen had plenty of dishes. It was very quiet and peaceful. Although we had some maintenance issues but the representative and the maintenance man moved swiftly to correct the issues.

  The air conditioner didn't work upon arrival, and it was very hot in Fla. We didn't have hot water upon arrival. The walls were very nasty. The full-size bed was broken. The front entry to the door was nasty of dirt and spiderwebs. The slide door was difficult to lock, and we prop something to lock it.

  Not as good as it was when I stayed in 2023

  It was a lot of space

  Everything is in bad shape. I stayed here in 2023 it was great now it’s terrible black mold in shower room house very nasty walls dirty the patio does not lock. Safety concerns, dish washer broken, mold inside of the washer and the list goes on and on
