The place itself was perfect and the apartment was beautiful.

Unfortunately, the woman who welcomed us was extremely unfriendly and gave us a very unpleasant reception. At one point, we called her because we couldn’t understand why the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. She came in, looked at it for a moment, said it was set to heating, and immediately walked out of the room. We actually had to follow her just to ask if it could be switched to cooling, and she simply said “no” in a very rude manner and continued on her way. It was really disappointing, especially because the apartment itself was amazing. Her attitude unfortunately had a big negative impact on our overall experience.
