    Great location and comfortable

    Back open area

    Musky odour Need 2 towels each ( not 1) No dish cloth to wipe benches Outdoor sofas not clean No sheets - mattress cover only and a doona ( for sofa bed) No decent size coffee mugs

    Flat in good position near shops and transport.

    This is a lovely ground floor flat in a modern building down a side street very close to shops, buses and not too far 1.5km about from the beach. Everything worked and was sufficient see below... It was a good place to stay for us.

    We found the duvet filthy with dog hairs on arrival and had to get it cleaned at our expense. The AirCon is ineffective and on a 1 hour timer so continuously switches off. The company trys to charge extra for using the washing machine and tumble dryer, it was included in our contract!
