Dreamy vacation home, better than most airbnb. Ashley the host, was always accessible if you have any concerns.
The beautiful space that accommodated all my family members. It was well equipped, the host provided what you needed for a comfortable house while on vacation. Place was clean and the bathroom was spa like. Wish we had time to enjoy the backyard with the hammock and spa tub.
Nothing, it suit our needs.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Ashley's Modern San Pedro home!
Ashley was a great host. She was very responsive to my questions and offered suggestions of things to do and places to go. I asked if she had any beach chairs and she did not, but she ordered 4 of them and had them shipped to the house. We used them on 2 different days. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to restaurants and very close to the cruise port. We loved using the hot tub and fire table in the evenings!
The dishwasher didn't work. We ran it a couple times before we even realized it wasn't washing. We saw right away it wasn't drying but thought we had to push a different button. But the dishes were just not clean and we had to wash them all by hand each time for 12 people. There were only 2 dish towels. I am sure if I had told Ashley about the lack of dish towels, she would have gotten more to us. I did tell her about the dishwasher not working so she could have it repaired for the next guests. There were also only 6 beach towels for 12 people. I bought more and left them at the house. There were only pillow shams on the beds in the room with 4 double beds. No pillows in pillow cases. We didn't like using pillows with decorative shams on them. The other 2 rooms had regular pillows.
