    Great place with great hosts and a superb location near Shoreham-by-Sea.

    Great property, loads of room. Very accessible to town. I actually booked this last minute without doing any research. It was much further from Brighton than I had anticipated, but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We got to discover Shoreham with lots of little restaurants and bars and can highly recommend. There is a train station nearby, so the trip to Brighton is very simple and relatively quick at about 15 minutes.

    The property is spread over four floors with stairs. We are OK with that, but I would suggest you avoid if you have problems with stairs.

    Everything, lovely area. Met Dan the host. Really good.

    The cockerel in the street. Nothing to do with the host, but started at 3am
