Perfect short stay in London
It was a very cute and comfy place, had everything we needed for 3 ladies on a visit to London. We felt very safe and secure. Good location.

La struttura era abbastanza pulita e la posizione era abbastanza comoda con varie metro a 10 minuti a piedi.
Il check-in è stato molto difficile. Siamo arrivate e ci è stato detto per messaggio che l'appartamento non era ancora pronto ma di aspettare la ragazza che puliva per lasciare le valige. Fino a qui tutto ok, non fosse che tutte le istruzioni per il self check-in presenti su booking sono sbagliate. Tutti i codici sbagliati. Per fortuna la ragazza che puliva ci ha dato i codici corretti. La porta d'entrata del palazzo è rotta e rimane sempre aperta, non molto sicuro quindi. L'appartamento è al piano -1 e il bagno è pieno di muffa. I mobili della cucina cadono a pezzi. Consiglio anche di mettere almeno due asciugamani per persona e non solamente uno.

La cama no muy comoda y el sofa cama no se puede dormir ya no por ser pequeño sino porque te clavas el hierro de la cama

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo
Posizione ottima, vicino a due stazioni della metro (Bayswater e Paddington), vicino a supermercati e ristoranti. La zona è tranquilla e piacevole, c’è anche un tennis club nei pressi. Ollie, l’host, è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile.
