  Noisy apartment and no attention to detail

  The location is good. Just 2 minutes walk from the eternal flame and the start of the pedestrian street. The photos of the apartment are accurate, except the coffee machine that doesn’t exist.

  The main bedroom facing the busy road doesn’t have shutters, the blinds are translucent and too small for the window. There is a big bright streetlight right next to the window. The road is very noisy with traffic. I found it impossible to sleep. Also the interior glass doors prevent darkness even in the room with shutters. The WiFi is so weak I couldn’t even open gmail or load any basic webpages (even when just one device was connected). The host only drip-feeds information when you specifically ask for it. Most other accommodation sends a message with details on how to access the apartment, how to find the parking etc. not here. I had to ask first how to reach the parking, the response was ‘do you need a parking’ rather than providing the information right away. Accessing the parking lot was a challenge: the remote was not in the key safe. There was nowhere to put the car while trying to find an alternative garage door remote. I told the host the remote was not there and he wanted me to take photos! While my car was blocking the road and pedestrians and drivers were very angry. It was stressful. Thankfully he had an additional key safe outside the next building and quickly provided me another video and code. The parking is very small and a space is not guaranteed: we were lucky, we got the last spot. The apartment was not clean. I don’t wear shoes in the house and my feet were black after walking around. There was a layer of dust on the lampshades. When looking for plates I made the mistake of opening the dishwasher which smelled strongly of fish. The apartment had wet towels and bedsheets hanging in the wardrobe in one bedroom, and on a drying rack in the living room. The sheets on the bed smelt a little damp. The main light in the second bedroom wasn’t working. The tap in the en-suite bathroom was not fixed in place. The photographed coffee machine was nowhere to be found.

  Tesis konum itibari ile altındaki u2 pizzacı olddugu için hem çok yüksek oradan araç gürültüsüne ve pizzacı da gece açık dilim pizza sattığı için ve sadece kapı önünde yendiği için insan gürültüsüne maruz kaldık resmen 3 gün uyku uyuyamadım araç sesi ciddi yüksek eksoz patlatma dan tutun müziğe kornaya kadar hiç bitmeyen bir gürültü oluyor insanlar gece sarhoş geliyor pizzacıya yatak odasının camının altında muhabbet bitmiyor diğer yorumlar nasıl yazıldı bilmiyorum çalışan çok yardımcı falan biz hiç çalışan görmedik ödemeyi bile evde masa üstüne bırakıp çıktık ev tozlu temizlik göstermelik yapılmış eve gittiğimizde içeride çamaşır yıkanmış ıslaklar salonun köşesinden kurumayı bekliyordu

  Excellent location - 15min walk to old town Mostar. Clean apartment as well.
