    A lovely clean, comfortable and well equipped studio with easy access to nearby Warwick

    Very kind and helpful hosts that provide a very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. I needed a room for just 2 nights but could have stayed for longer just as comfortably. Communication from the hosts was also brilliant. The location, close to Warwick and the University was excellent.

    Everything was excellent. There was nothing that I didn't like or which could have been better. There are two driveways so perhaps a sign specifying 'guest driveway' would be helpful as its not always easy to spot, but it's really not an issue

    Clean, modern but noisy

    Impressively clean. Well equipped. Driveway parking. Modern bathroom

    Noise from main house. I was woken by snoring one night! As others have said very loud toilet and poor communication. I was told someone would give me the keys but no one answered so had to find number and ring to be told they were in a lockbox. A text would have made it much easier.
