DIY garage Not a Modern studio

Not very clean. The kitchen, cookware, washing machine, bathroom...dirty. the studio itself doesn't meet the health and safety standard. It is a garage not a studio! I don't know why they named it Modern studio. There is nothing moden in there. The bed is DIY made from pieces of wood. The windows are located 1200cm from the floor. This is higher than the fire escape required distance. The entrance door is not strong. I didn't feel safe. Spiders everywhere, it stinks a smell of damp. All my clothes kept the smell. I am not sure about using gas cooker in such a small space. I would call it Garage DIY Studio. For the same price, I could get a nice conform double bed at a hotel.
