Excellent clean comfostudio, excellent building, excellent neighbourhood, between 2 metro stations.

After picking the keys, I realised that they hadn't sent the floor number nor the number of the apartment. I called all the phone numbers. It was past 7pm. No one was answering my calls and messaged. Eventually they answered after more than 30 min with my luggages in the entrance of the building and the keys, wondering what I would do and where to spend the night if no one answers my calls and messages. Also, the next day, I had to figure out myself how to turn on the water heater. There was no instructions or explanations whatsoever in the welcoming message on anything. Had also to figure out how to run the washing machine which is entirely in Greek, and how to run the oven. They need to send with the keys lock code, full instructions on how to use the facilities and appliances.
