    Home from home nice little gem we was working nights and the only problem I would say was parking at night time or morning first night I got a fine and had to park 5 min walk away apart from that would defo stay agen Thanks

    Host mention free parking but it’s not on site and it’s misleading it’s actually on street parking and rarely get space, you will need check other streets to park and walk from there to the property

    Squalid Conditions, extremely dissatisfied

    To be honest, absolutely nothing. I would always try and focus on a positive however, nothing about this property and stay was acceptable.

    Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below the standard we expected from accommodation booked through Booking.com. The room was filthy, with significant dirt and mould present. The condition of the accommodation raised serious hygiene and safety concerns, and it was not somewhere we felt comfortable or safe staying. What should have been a straightforward overnight stay in Newport became a very stressful experience. I would strongly urge the property owners to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues before allowing guests to stay. The condition we encountered was simply not acceptable.
