  One of the best stays I’ve had in London.

  I loved the location, very accessible with the underground 5 mins walk away and a Sainsbury’s right outside the apartment. The apartment came with basics, which was a nice touch and very easy to get to with lifts and it provided a beautiful view.

  I don’t have anything negative to say.

  DON'T BOOK - SCAM!!

  DON'T BOOK!! THIS IS A SCAM! The property had approved my arrival time but never sent the check-in details for the code for the lock box. They did not reply to my messages or answer my phone calls - they even hung up one of the calls. Hotel staff also didn't know as it's a private room. I was left extremely distressed as I wasn't getting an answer and it was after 9pm after a day of travel. After waiting on hold for Booking.com for 30 mins I then got the lock code. The lift was broken and the apartment on the 7th floor which I was not made aware of. I'm disabled and had booked the apartment due to the location as it would be less walking for me but had no choice but to try and carry my bags up the 7th flights. The room was unbearably hot. I was aware it was going to be about 29° in London so I brought my own fan to help with my disabilities but this, paired with the fan in the room did not help. The room was also dirty with black mould, dirty towels and bedsheets and a douche was left in the bathroom by a previous tenant but it was right beside where the spare pillows and such were stored. Extremely unhygienic. The window in the bathroom is also right beside the shower so you can't open it without everyone in the building opposite seeing you naked. I'm sure there was more but I've been too exhausted since getting home to remember as I didn't sleep in the room as I felt unsafe and the bed was extremely uncomfortable/ hard and you could feel each individual spring. I had tried to get booking.com to reallocate the booking but was told I had to wait for the morning as the property was not replying to them. In the morning I was told that because I stayed I had accepted the booking but that they had to wait for the property to reply before they could refund or help reallocate. The property was also not replying to them so I had no choice but to stay as I couldn't book a new place last minute without being refunded.

  Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return

  The location is good

  The facilities aren’t good. The carpet is stained and has iron marks on it. The taps (in both the kitchen and the bathroom) are wobbly - you have to literally hold the tap with one hand to then turn it on. One of the bathroom windows is smashed and doesn’t shut. There’s an iron but no ironing board. The clothing rail is wobbly and almost fell when we put one item on it. The bathroom needs a very good clean

  I liked it because it was slightly larger than some of the other studios at Chelsea Cloisters. Very thoughtfully laid out with supplies in the kitchen and wash room. I would choose this over the other flats at Chelsea cloisters again

  Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento modern studio è stato perfetto. Le indicazioni fornite per raggiungere il posto precise; l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione della metro di south Kensington (5minuti a piedi), ben pulita e accogliente. La finestra che affaccia sulla città molto suggestiva. Spazi comodi e confortevoli.
