    Great location, styish apartment, very disappointing hygiene and service

    Getting the keys was easy. We had codes for the firt two doors and a keylock for the last door (to enter the apartement).

    Most disappointing was the service. We had run out of toilet paper after day two. So we called the host to get more, along with the request to help us open the door to the small outside area. It was a very unstable and fragile door and it had gotten stuck. They said it was a very busy time (there was F1) and that they would try to stop by, and if they couldn't, we could buy our own toilet paper. Nobody came that day and when we called them again a day later, still no action followed. The result was that we weren't able to use the outside area for most of our stay, which was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. And because there was only one window, it was hard to ventilate the place. Plus we had to buy our own toiletpaper. This all made us feel that other guests during this F1 period were more important than us. To continue, the apartment was dirty: there were long hairs on the stairs as well as dust. And last but not least, it was a very noisy apartment. We could hear word for word what the neighbours were saying to each other. We don't recommend it.
