  misleading description no sugarhouse condo at street location

  very nice basement level apartment in an apartment complex not a condo

  Our stay at the condo was quite comfortable and pleasant! Highly recommended!

  The condo was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well there. There was a good supply of coffee pods and tea bags. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook meals. All the appliances looked new. We did not use the stove, so I can't speak to that, but it also looked new. The washer and dryer were also new. We didn't use the washer, but washed out a few things by hand and put them in the dryer and it worked fine.

  Access to the building's security gate is with a code for a lockbox. I had a bit of trouble accessing the lockbox to get the gate key out, but I will attribute some of that to operator error! :-) The actual condo access is with a keypad on the door, which I found also a little tricky. But, these both worked fine once I got the gist of things. The common areas of the building looked a bit sketchy and run-down, so don't plan on any outdoor time at the condo. There was no bath soap or shampoo, so you will need to provide that on your own if you stay here. Also, it is a garden level apartment, (which I don't remember reading in the description but might have missed it) so you have to descend 3 or 4 steps, and the windows in the condo are at ground level.

  We never got out of the car because the people lingering around the parking lot made it feel unsafe to stay.

  We did not stay at the property. We left after seeing people lingering around in the parking lot that made us feel unsafe. We asked for a refund before entering, within 20 minutes of booking, with no response. The group of people lingering in the parking lot made it feel unsafe. We did not get out of the car.
