    Very Unhappy

    We did not spend one hour in this place.

    The air-conditioning was not working. There was no WiFi. The pillows and pillow cases were not clean, and there was no replacement bed linen. When we went to stay the night elsewhere and complained to management by email, they threw us out. They locked the premises, with our possessions still there. They informed us that if we returned they would call the police and have us arrested. All correspondence with them was met with such vitriol. I was so upset. This ruined our holiday. We stayed in a hotel, for which we can provide receipts. We want a refund as we did not stay here at all.
