Location was great for us, near shops/cafes and central to where we needed to be. The beds were comfortable and living room was spacious.
There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes in the kitchen/living room and the floors were sticky. It sleeps 4 but only 3 mugs, the baking tray in the oven had been used and was dirty and the plates were also not clean. One of the bath towels had a sour smell and was unusable so one of our party had to use a hand towel to dry themselves.
