La ubicación y ek tamaño del departamento
Problemas con el check in y la entrega de las llaves. Nos tuvieron a 5 personas mayores de la tercera edad hasta las 4 de la nadrugada en la puerta del edificio. Expuestos a muchos peligros. No hubo una buena coordinación en la fecha y hora del ingreso por parte de ellos. Por último hubo un cobro de 200 euros extras a media noche de lo contrario no mis entregaban las llaves.

location fantastic, but accommodation requires updating
location was 5 star , within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. apartment was on the Plaza Mayor and next to the Mercado De San Miguel.
Apartment was a little tired, with both sofas requiring replacing or deep cleaned. Aircon unit in bedroom off the lounge requires servicing as it dripped water on the bed . No mirror on wall in ensuite bedroom. Fridge had shelves on the door missing. Plates were chipped and cups looked to have been through the dishwasher a thousand times. Requires more than one of each of the following as supplied for a weeks stay, dish towel , laundry tablet, dishwasher tablet , bin liner , plus miniature scourer and 100ml bottle of washing up liquid !.

Pleasant
The accommodation had an air conditioning leak prior to our stay, and did nothing to fix it. The leak was over the table, where we suppose to eat our meals.

The location was perfect - within easy walking distance of many of the lovely visitor attractions, museums, galleries and parks as well as many great places to eat. The property was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a 5-day trip. The host was extremely responsive to all queries we had before and after arrival and very helpful with check-in and check-out times.
The electricity went off a couple of times when we had more than one appliance running at the same time - it wasn’t a huge problem as we located the fuse box and were able to switch it back on. It may have been due to the different voltage of appliances (ie hairdryers) we brought with us though, but just thought I would mention it.
