Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, blisko przystanku tramwajowego, w pobliżu sklepy, miejsca parkingowe. Pomimo położenia przy ulicy, w mieszkaniu jest bardzo cicho. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Tylko jedna uwaga: mieszkanie położone jest na wysokim trzecim piętrze w kamienicy, trzeba wspiąć się po dość stromych schodach, co dla osób z ograniczoną możliwością poruszania może stanowić pewien problem. Poza tym żadnych wad. Polecam.
