    A modern, spacious apartment indeed - located a bit farther from the city center, but still within walking distance. Both the kitchen and bathroom are finished to a very high standard, the hall furniture provides plenty of space for belongings, and the balcony is large enough for two people to enjoy dinner. We especially appreciated the underground parking garage.

    Guten Ausstattung des Apartments und die Lage zur Innenstadt von Straubing. Die Betten waren sehr gut und bequem. Der große Balkon und das Fernsehangebot haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht

    Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war der verschmuste Herd und Ofen, insbesondere der Filter vom Abzug; Bitte unbedingt reinigen. Zugang zu Apartment: Industriezaun - der Sichtschutz hing herunter; auf den Platten war Grünspan - sieht nicht einladend aus, lässt sich aber einfach beseitigen
