    Die Lage war sehr gut, Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war direkt um die Ecke. Da wir über das Wochenende da waren konnten wir in der Straße kostenlos parken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und freundlich. Positiv dass Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer waren. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ok.

    Das Bad war sehr klein aber zweckmäßig. . In der Küche ist kein Rollo oder Vorhang. Es war sehr heiß und die Sonne bis zum Abend hinein. Wir haben uns mit einer Decke die wir ins Fenster eingeklemmt haben beholfen.

    L' host è stato molto disponibile, gentile,e rapido nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Il self check-in comodo tramite un' app. L'appuntamento e dotato di vari confort. Zona, vicino stazione e servita da mezzi pubblici e vari negozi. Il centro di Graz e raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti.

    Bagni piccoli e separati.. Tapparelle molto delicate.

    I do not recommend this at all.

    The stairwell is in a terrible, frankly frightening condition, and getting into the building is needlessly complicated. The apartment is on the top floor, where it was 35°C (95°F) with no air conditioning, which made it essentially uninhabitable. The host does not respond to messages, and unfortunately Booking.com customer service didn't reply either. We left the apartment immediately after entering, because it was impossible to spend even five minutes there — it was that hot.
