Schöne moderne Wohnung in guter Lage
Sehr modern, gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt, perfekte Abwicklung.
Die Betten sind etwas schmal. ;-) Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße. Es ist natürlich etwas lauter.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht!
Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt, ruhiges Haus, trotz Straßenbahn vor der Tür nachts relativ ruhig, Gastgeber freundlich und gut erreichbar
Aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung geht nicht hervor, dass die komplette Wohnung von der Straße aus einsehbar ist, was dazu führte, dass ich mich extrem unwohl gefühlt habe und immer bei geschlossenen Fenstern gesessen habe. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür, was natürlich mit Lärmbelästigung (auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern) verbunden ist. Den Balkon mochte ich ebenfalls nicht nutzen, weil auch der quasi mitten auf der Straße ist. Anständige Matratzen plus vernüftige Kissen/Oberbetten/Bettwäsche wären bei dem Preis wünschenswert und wer Betten abziehen möchte, geht wohl in die Jugendherberge:-) Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ist ausbaufähig!
