    Tolle Lage und eine schöne Wohnung .

    Alles sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr gut organisiert ! Super Lage, 2min zum Bäcker und sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

    Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

    Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht, vorhanden, sauber und wunderbar aufbereitet. Die Kommunikation des Vermieters war stets proaktiv und sehr gut. Der check-in verläuft unkompliziert per Schlüssel-Fach und Türcode. Vielen Dank! Das WLAN ist sehr gut und stabil, in der Qualität, dass man auch Arbeitsmeetings per Zoom problemlos machen kann. Die Wohung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig, was für die Altstadt in Passau ungewöhnlich ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Altbaus ohne Lift, in dem ausschließlich weitere Ferienwohnungen vorhanden sind. Die Fenster lassen sich mit einem Innenrollo gut abdunkeln.
