    Im Sommer nicht nutzbar

    Die Lage war gut für abendlichen Besuch der Altstadt. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war nützlich, da rundum nur Kurzparkzone ist. Küche war in Ordnung, dürfte relativ neu sein und hat den Anforderungen entsprochen, es waren auch genug Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel vorhanden. Als Pluspunkt (und somit Aufwertung von "sehr schlecht" zu "schlecht") habe ich die kleine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang notiert.

    "Modern" war in dem Appartement einzig die Küche und Design-Elemente von Ikea. Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage, die heute Standard ist!!! So war es nächtens unerträglich heiß, obwohl es zwei normale Sommertage mit 30 Grad waren. Ein Ventilator brachte keine Abhilfe, da man auch die Fenster in der Nacht wegen Verkehrslärm (es geht eine Hauptstraße unmittelbar am Haus vorbei) nicht offen lassen konnte. Das Bad ist zwar relativ neu verfließt, allerdings fehlt ein "moderner" oder brauchbarer Luftabzug. Wenn zwei Personen ihre Morgentoilette erledigen und anschließend duschen, hängt der Dampf den ganzen Tag im Raum, weil man nur über den Wohnraum lüften kann. Empfehlenswert wäre - statt der Designkasterln im Wohnraum, die für nix brauchbar sind) ein Handtuchtrockner, den man außerhalb des dampfigen Bades aufstellen kann, damit die Handtücher wenigstens innerhalb von 10-12 Std. trocken wären. Der Gipfel, den ich bisher in keinem Appartement erlebt habe, war die Aufforderung (Hausregel) seinen Mist in die Mülltonnen vor dem Haus zu tragen vor Verlassen der Wohneinheit. Und das bei inkludierten Reinigungsgebühren! Na danke!

    Ubytovabie bolo skvelé, pekne čisté a dobre zariadene. Jediné minus je, že nema klimatizáciu. Inak ubytovanie sa nachádza v dobrej lokalite pár minut od centra.

    Apartament posiadał wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, a łóżko było wygodne. Niestety pościel miała dziwny, nieświeży zapach. Przebywaliśmy w apartamencie w cztery osoby i było bardzo gorąco oraz duszno, co było męczące podczas pobytu. Przy takiej cenie apartamentu uważam, że klimatyzacja powinna być standardem, szczególnie w upalne dni.
