    Mooie locatie, kan wat aandacht gebruiken

    Het is een appartement in een vrij nieuw gebouw op een mooie locatie. Vlakbij de rivier en op loopafstand van het station en het centrum. Ook de supermarkt aan de overkant is ideaal. Het is een klein, maar prima ingedeeld appartement. Ik had geen auto, maar er is een parkeerplek beschikbaar achter het gebouw.

    Het appartement kan wat aandacht gebruiken. Zo is de waterkoker kapot, doet de wasmachine het niet, was de koffiepot gebarsten en ook het sleutelkastje zit los aan de paal. Er staan allemaal lege dingen in de badkamer en verschillende potjes en zakjes met eten in de keuken. Dit lijkt van eerdere huurders, maar het is niet duidelijk of het nog te gebruiken is. Verder zou het wat schoner mogen. Zo is de vloer niet echt schoon, was de koelkast niet schoon en ook laatjes zijn soms wat plakkerig. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep in eerste instantie moeizaam; geen reactie op vragen. Uiteindelijk kwam dit de dag van aankomst goed. Iets meer zorg en aandacht zou van deze plek een topplek maken.
